IsoArcH Association

Established in 2019, our association stands out from the crowd. We are all about shaking things up and creating a vibrant, collaborative isotope data culture, not just in bioarchaeology but in all the cool places it can take us.

What we are all about

At the heart of our association lies the IsoArcH database, a growing, open-access resource for isotope data from archaeological, environmental, and forensic contexts. We take pride in curating and enriching this platform to ensure that both legacy and newly published datasets remain visible, reusable, and valuable over the long term. Built with and for the research community, it serves as a foundation for transparent and collaborative science.

Be part of our association

We welcome individuals and institutions who share our values. Individual membership is free. Institutional members support us through an annual fee and are presented on a dedicated page showcasing their work. Our community includes researchers, students, professionals, and institutions from around the world, all committed to open science, collaboration, knowledge sharing, and public engagement.

Institutional members

Institutional members are key organizations that actively support the development of open, standardized, and accessible isotopic data. By joining us, they contribute to the growth of a global research infrastructure serving the community.
